Analyze Business Requirement: discover, prioritize, clarify business needs with business units.
Analyze Platform Functionality: evaluate business process, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, defining risk, analyze and propose application functionalities/solutions as functional specification document (FSD).
Improve Process: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure Business Requirements: generate applicable testing scenarios for the technology functionality testing team, execute UAT and obtain signoff from key stakeholders.
Communication: Effectively communicate with business units and cross-functional team members and management to identify, monitor and resolve dependencies/ issues.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Business Analyst preferably in financial services industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command in English
