Starter & Marshal

• Manage tee time and control the starting order of players
• Ensure proper pace of play throughout the golf course
• Enforce golf course rules, etiquette and safety standards
• Assist golfers with directions, course information and general inquiries
• Coordinate with the Pro shop and Operations team
• Monitor course conditions and report and issues
• Handle golfer concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain a professionally appearance and friendly attitude at all times
• Present the golf club positively and professionally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of golf rules, etiquette and pace of play
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Ability to manage conflict and handle complaints professionally
• Good observation and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to work outdoors for long periods
• Flexible and able to work shifts
