Supervise installation of ICSS hardware including system cabinets, marshalling cabinets, operator stations, and network equipment
Verify control and network equipment, power supply and grounding systems, wiring terminations to ensure compliance as per the design drawings
Coordinate and assist in the ICSS Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Track punch list clearance and system handover readiness
Coordinate and support for the loop checks, functional tests of control loops, interlocks, and safety instrumented functions
Maintain updated red-line markups of ICSS GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and cause & effect matrices
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight issues impacting ICSS completion
Liaise with construction teams, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
Coordinate with Owner's operation and maintenance teams for system handover requirements
Ensure alignment with project schedule and milestones
Diagnose and resolve ICSS hardware/software issues
Support integration with other systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLCs)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Electrical (or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years' experience in ICSS/DCS/ESD/F&G systems within oil & gas or refinery projects
Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting control systems
Experienced on Honeywell Experion Process Knowledge System (EPKS) DCS is advantage
