Position: Lead Database Administration (Manager)
Salary: Negotiable!
Location: Bangkok (Hybrid Work!)The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

Manage the organization's database.
Enhance service standards to align with SLAs and KPIs.
Enhance and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for DSAP and DCS systems to attain operational excellence.
Ensure that all reported DBA staff adhere to the same directives to enhance the improvement of the database system.
Ensure optimal performance of the Dolphin Carrier database and SAP system, continually enhancing efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or any related fields.
3 years of experience within the Database Administration Manager or related fields
2 years experience of Database Management / Web Programmer Experience
Good English communication skill will be your big plus!
