Build relationship with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
Review performance outcomes, analyze business and build strategic action plan to impact sales for each location to ensure the achievement of sales and KPI expectations
Allocate sales targets for each counter, monitor, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly results to ensure sales are in line with brand, store, and divisional objectives
Analyze new product and core business sales ensuring all opportunities are being maximized profits
Conduct field counter visit intent and handle customer enquiries and complaints
Conduct field visit regularly and handle customer enquiries
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven sales record in Beauty, cosmetics, or skin care or FMCG
Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software and retail operations
Willing to go the extra mile to meet the customers and company need
Sales driven and result-oriented
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
