- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- English: Business conversation level (TOEIC score is preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in identifying and establishing partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators
- Experience attending trade shows, networking events, and virtual marketplaces to expand agency networks
- Familiarity with international tourism platforms and OTA platforms (e.g., KKday, Klook, Trip.com, Viator, Traveloka)
- Strong understanding of inbound tourism trends, customer behavior, and international travel markets
- Skilled in building long-term B2B relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and CRM management
- Strong expertise in online travel distribution, booking systems, and social media marketing
- Excellent networking skills with local operators, suppliers, and online partners
- Creative and detail-oriented in developing and promoting inbound tour products online
- Identify and develop new co-agents in overseas markets, particularly in Asia and Europe
- Work closely with co-agents in overseas markets, including Asia and Europe
- Collaborate with online travel distributors, utilizing online booking systems and managing social media content effectively
- Build and maintain strong networks with local tour operators, suppliers, and online distributors
- Create, update, and promote inbound tour packages through various online channels, including social media platforms
- Manage bookings from online distributors, company websites, and social media channels
