Plant Controller

• Managing tasks and preparing reporting for month-end closing.
• Supporting the financial planning and forecasting activities i.e. annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and 5-year outlook.
• Owning costing model, create and provide standard product cost.
• Maintaining standard cost, BOM and routing in SAP.
• Maintaining new material prices in SAP.
• Supporting and coordinating with SCM and Global Masterdata team related to cost master data maintenance in SAP.
• Monitoring and performing inventory re-valuation and provision.
• Ensuring SOX compliance and coordinating with external auditors for any inquiry.
• Coordinating with related global teams directly without supervision. Working with the plant management team and leaders.
• Providing department cost centres report. Highlight the abnormal spending and discuss for improvement.
• Providing proactive/unsolicited consultation, interpretation and education of cost efficiency measures or complex financial matters.
• Performing deep-dive analysis on the abnormal result or variance upon request. Then communicates explanations with recommended actions.
• Driving cost saving, seek for opportunity.
• Preparing presentation and management deck. Lead the review with the Plant Manager and plant management team when required.
• Assisting Plant Manager in preparing yearly plant strategy, direction, and KPI target setting.
• Handling business case preparation, ad-hoc projects, perform the enquiry of machine's capacity/performance calculation.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Master / MBA preferred
• 10+ years Finance experience, including

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organisation and communication skills.
• Good command of English.
