- Monitor and manage manpower requisitions to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and hiring.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Use various tools to assess and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Recommend and implement recruitment strategies and tools.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven success.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, labor laws, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).【Allowance & Benefit】
