Our services target digital transformation for existing banks with digital as a channel, setting up digital challenger brands within existing banks as well as supporting FI and non-FI with licenses application and execution for digital banks.About the RoleManage and drive the delivery of complex digital banking implementation projectsManage client and vendor teams in an agile delivery to drive outcomesManage the program office of the transformation officeManage vendor team for testing, development and other activitiesSupport the sales process and proposal development for digital banking projectsAbout youDeep knowledge of digital banking architectures and architecture approachesExperienced in delivering banking project including front-office transformation, core banking replacementsExperienced in delivering successfully in a multi-vendor environmentProven track record of delivering complex digitalExperienced in delivering projects agileDeep understanding of technology solutions in the digital banking domainCertified scrum master and/or project manager with experience handling multiple projects simultaneouslyLanguage skills in at least one regional language other than EnglishStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teamsExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levelsAble to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal formsAbility to efficiently understand client organisations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirementsEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Bachelor DegreeCertifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel RequirementsAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?Government Clearance Required?Job Posting End Date
