- Minimum 3-5 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, guest service standards, and hotel procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, especially in handling guest complaints and operational challenges.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
