Responsibilities to cover all area of VDO products/Services development e.g. Industry research, Define product features, Organize features roadmap, User experience, VDO monetization feature, OTT partner integration (Package and Activation), Settlement reconciliation development
Key Responsibilities:Service Design for Strategic Service / Product Package development
Coordinate with key stakeholders (Business / Technical / Accountant / Settlement / Business Partner) to clarify requirements / craft out scenarios of customer journeys and report.
Create user request form with full detail of product description / price / channel to sell.
Support configuration for new complex business requirement.
Ensure quality control with Tester Team for unit pre-test, post-test
Customer Handling Procedure
Reviews E2E Customer Handling from incidents caused by network or products / services with Business team.
Prepare products and services problem handling documentary
Initiate process and tool for improvement to deliver better customer experience.
Candidate Qualifications:
A degree in IT, Product design or Business .
At least 5 years' experienced in Project Management or Product Development (UX / UI) design and feature development
Hybrid knowledge both IT and Marketing.
"Can do" attitude and team player.
Bundling with soft skills to drive cross functional team effectively and deliver the same goal.
