รายละเอียด -Maintain full knowledge of all beverage lists, promotions, prices, and preparation methods
-Train staff on proper service techniques, wine list information, and upselling
-Monitor liquor inventories and control costs by ordering according to par levels and anticipating future needs
-Work with Executive Chef and Catering Manager to develop menus, ensure food quality, and optimize profits
-Develop creative promotional activities to increase sales, such as drink specials, happy hours, and themed events
-Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner
-Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
-Adhere to all state and local liquor laws
-Perform opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies, setting up bar, and cleaning equipment
-Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
-Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and other staff
-Maintain cleanliness standards for all areas of the bar
