You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.You'll play a key role in designing the ERTMS Driver Machine Interface, ensuring the software meets functional, safety, and availability targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., System Designers, System Application Architects), support the Engineering Manager in identifying technical risks, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of system design and specifications, but also oversee technical reviews and decisions.We’ll look to you for:Applying processes, methods, and tools as outlined in program plansCollaborating to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of designs and specificationsLeading system design and specification activitiesManaging technical reviews and decision-making processesEnsuring compliance with safety, RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability), and quality life cycle requirementsSupporting workload estimations and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
