Senior Process Engineer

• Lead the development, quotation, planning, and implementation of special machine processes-ensuring cycle time, lead time, and production readiness are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from production, project teams, customers, and suppliers, excluding tooling-related matters owned by the project manager.
• Improve product quality by defining production methods, identifying process improvements, and introducing actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Source, evaluate, and collaborate with suppliers/sub-contractors while staying updated on new equipment and emerging technologies to support process development.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews including FMEAs, quality meetings, audits, and technical problem-solving groups while ensuring risk mitigation and clear team accountability.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 10-15 years of project management experience in manufacturing/automotive environments, plus 5-10 years in mechanical design for automated or special machinery.
• Strong programming capability in Mitsubishi PLC (GX-Works2), EPSON/Fanuc robot programming, and ability to adapt to other software such as Siemens.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and design automated or semi-automated processes, supported by a strong supplier network across electrical, mechanical, and automation technologies.
• Strong communication (Thai & English), analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, self-motivation, and capacity to manage multiple priorities
