• Managing all quality assurance, quality control and ISO activities.
• Assuring all qualities of finished products, raw materials and packaging materials in order to meet Food Quality and Food safety requirements including customer requirements.
• To implement and maintain all Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures from the incoming inspection of material, to the in-process control in production, until the final control of finished goods before shipment to the Customer which ensure compliance to highest product quality and food safety including high quality management efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
• Supervise QA/ QC Section Manager and staff to perform job assignment in order to achieve department targets / KPI.
• Lead and facilitate quality team and factory team to find out root cause, containment action, corrective action and preventive action for Non-Conforming products and Customer complaint to minimize NC cost and customer complaints
• Problem solve and facilitate root cause to assist the factory in coming up with solutions when needed.
• To summarize and Interpret quality efficiency of Department KPI to report with top management and management team.
• To consult and recommendations for quality, food safety concerned with other departments.
• Responsible for Internal audit, Customer Complaint, GHP audit, Supplier Audit and Customer audit.

• At least 10 years up working experience in food industry with QA QC QS function.
• Good Knowledge of GHP , HACCP , FSSC22000, ISO22000, Quality Control , Quality Assurance , Quality & Food Safety management system, Cleaning System for Production line
• Good command of English.
• Computer Literatures (Microsoft Office , E-mail , Internet)
• Good Analytical , Problem Solving , Decision making , Strong interpersonal & activity team leader and service-minded
