Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals
Drive sales of electrical products, solutions, and services, ensuring revenue targets are met
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for key industrial clients
Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to maximize value for both the company and customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, industrial sales, or a similar role
Proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experience
Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
Experience in power generation, renewables, substation automation, or enterprise software is a plus
Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
Good command of English.
