- Design and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with both the partner’s departmental strategies and our overall corporate vision.
- Direct a multi-level leadership structure responsible for field execution and the support of the partner's sales activities.
- Act as the central point of contact between our organization and the partner’s various business units to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, address quality concerns, and ensure all activities adhere to strict industry regulations.
- Lead initiatives to expand the business footprint within the partner’s ecosystem, identifying new lead generation opportunities and maximizing channel potential.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Banking or Insurance sectors, specifically in leadership roles overseeing multi-site distribution.
- Must hold a valid Insurance License.
- A "Can-do" attitude with a strong commitment to results and the practical creativity needed to solve complex business challenges.
- Outstanding interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence senior-level partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
