- Acquire New Sellers: Source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
- Maintain & Develop Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support Sellers: Assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage Payments: Oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor ADO: Track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experienced in sales, key account management or related fields
- Can travel to Bangkok office twice a month
- Ability to work in a fast-paced or performance-driven environment
- Good attitude and being optimistic
- Bangkok - office based
- North/Northeast regions - any province based
