Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient and timely handling of customer requests.
Manage and lead a team of service staff, including training, development, and performance management.
Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Implement and enforce service policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to service activities and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Experience requirements
Bachelor's degree in related engineering fields.
5 years of experience performing similar duties for functions.
Good command in English.
Ability to weld, including MIG and TIG, desired but not necessary.
Understanding and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues such as VFDs, servo drives, sensors, PLCs, circuits, etc.
