• Lead financial modeling, business valuation, and feasibility studies to evaluate new investment projects.
• Conduct comprehensive project analysis, including cash flow forecasting, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Manage and participate in due diligence processes, including financial analysis and valuation for joint venture and M&A transactions.
• Analyze corporate shareholding structures for new investment initiatives
• Perform economic, industry, and market research to support strategic financial decision-making
• Analyze financial statements, financial ratios, and operational data to assess financial performance and business conditions
• Prepare clear, data-driven financial reports and persuasive presentations to support management decisions
• Oversee treasury-related operations, including cash flow management, petty cash control, expense payments through the banking system, advance reconciliation, and payment documentation management
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

• มีประสบการณ์ 3-7 ปีขึ้นไปด้าน Financial Modeling และ Business Valuation
• จัดทำ Feasibility Study และวิเคราะห์โครงการลงทุนจริง
• สามารถทำ Cash Flow Forecast, NPV, IRR, Payback Period
• ทำ Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• วิเคราะห์งบการเงิน (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ได้เชิงลึก
