We are looking for a senior Delivery Lead to join the Product Engineering Risk Technology team organisation based in Bangkok The role will report into the Senior Delivery Manager and lead all aspects of the technical delivery of large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy.It is encouraged that the candidate will have experience handling the deliverables and dependencies of multiple development teams. In addition, there will be an opportunity to take on some wider responsibilities to support the effective running of the Department.Specific Responsibilities / Accountabilities:Scope - Ensuring that the scope of each project/programme is clearly understood by all involved parties, driving governance forums to ensure base-lining of scope and change controlPlanning - Planning the activities required to deliver against the product roadmaps; identifying and handling dependencies with other workstreams; identifying the resource requirements to deliver efficientlyTechnical delivery – Being responsible for the engineering work which delivers the scope on time and on budget. This includes understanding technical interdependencies and working with tools such as JIRARAIDs - Proactively identifying Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Assumptions, detailing them and proactively resolving or mitigating themDependency management - Ensure all impacts of dependencies are addressed in the overall project plan.
