- You will work as a marketing assistant manager in charge of a cosmetics brand.
- Develop promotional strategies for mass-market distribution channels
- Formulate promotional initiatives for e-commerce distribution channels
- Plan, implement, and conduct reviews of web advertising activities
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the companyREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE[Requirement]
・Bachelor's degree in any field
・Must have B2C marketing experience for at least 8 years
・Must have extensive experience in planning promotional campaigns for both mass distribution and e-commerce channels
・Must have Intermediate level of English skill
・Must have management experience
・Preferred to have Japanese skill （N2 or above）but not necessary
・Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
