- Administer the Human Resources department's policies, programs, procedures, processes and practices
- Responsible for providing Human Resources support and expertise in a timely manner and proactively collaborate for increased performance and efficiency
- Shall enforce, clarify, and follow Company policies, standards, and procedures, including local regulations.
- Responsible for pro-actively and timely resolving and documenting Human Resource related issues, including but not limited to: grievances, investigations, abuses, administrative errors, etc
- Responsible for recruiting and staffing (new hire documentation, registration, orientation and communicating with the respective Departments)
- Responsible for building and maintaining personnel records in HRIS including headcount reports, analysis.
- Support the performance management as well as administer the performance management processes and documentation
- Support the ethical termination of employees in compliance with Company and legal requirements
- Support Immigration related on expatriate working for the company
- Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Processes national payroll for national hires
- Processes international payroll for expatriates for tax declaration
- Creates new employee information into payroll system and ensures data is up-to-date for payroll processing
- Responsible and accountable for verifying and calculating all payroll transactions accurately inclusive of overtime, expenses and bonuses
- Data entry of employee monthly reimbursements and bonuses in payroll system
- Ensures completion of payroll in time for uploading of files
- Seeks relevant approvals for month-to-month payroll payout
- Issues income statements and financial letters for local administration of Income Tax for offshore expatriate hires
- Enrolls and track other components of remuneration where necessary
- Submits the tax declaration with Revenue Department
- Processes & submits Social security and Provident Fund information
- provide explanation (under HR Manager supervision), coaching and guidance to employees to effectively address workplace issues
