- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Provide on-site training to the customers.
- Communicate with the customer.
- Support on back office tasks as assigned and documentation i.e. PR, PO, Quotation, etc.
- Develop 'Service Technical Documentation' as necessary.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in *electrical engineering field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as electrical engineer.
- If have direct experience in designing swithgear or transfromer will be an advantage.
- *Intermediate level of English. (To commujnicate with over clients).
- *Able to suppport client onsite upon requested, willing to travel both domestic and oversea.
- *Able to work overtime as needed/requested. (Depends on client's urgency).
- *Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar (FY2025, 2 Sats. - (1 Sat. in June & 1 Sat. in Dec.).
