Act as the main point of contact between the Rollout team, Procurement team, and Warehouse to ensure proper material availability and delivery scheduling for nationwide telecom deployment projects.
Review, process, and monitor PR/PO (Purchase Requisition / Purchase Order) in coordination with procurement and finance teams.
Ensure all telecom equipment (e.g., BBU, RRU, antennas, transmission devices) are tracked, recorded, and dispatched in accordance with site rollout plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to ensure smooth material handover and track on-site consumption.
Work with warehouse personnel to maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and perform periodic audits.
Control materials and equipment flow within the project execution, strictly control the balanced and installed quantity to ensure no losses.
Manage vendor relationships and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolution of supply chain issues.
Provide regular reports to project managers regarding material status, delivery timelines, and potential risks.
Support internal compliance and documentation related to telecom material management standards and procedures
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in telecom material control or logistics, preferably in a telecom vendor or subcontractor environment.
Strong understanding of telecom equipment and rollout processes (e.g., 4G/5G site build, transmission links, fiber deployment).
Experience in managing teams, vendors, and subcontractors in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems and strong skills in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking tools.
Good communication skills in both Thai and English (Chinese language is a plus).
Able to travel occasionally to project sites or warehouse locations if required.
