Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day import and export operations, including shipment coordination and documentation. - Prepare and manage import/export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, quotations and shipping instructions. - Coordinate with government authorities, customs offices, and related agencies when required. - Manage purchase orders and quotation processes. - Support procedures related to FTA applications, tax refunds, and certificates of origin (experience is a strong plus). - Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations. - Work closely with Operation Manager and other team members to handle increasing shipment volumes. - Other assigned tasksJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field. - At least 3 years of experience import and export in the manufacturing industry, trading or logistics companies. - Conversational high English of level (For communication with western clients) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Knowledge in FTA, VAT Refund and Certificate of Origin. - Fluent level of English
