Qualification
- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
- Acknowledged managerial skills
- Minimum of 5 years food of cuisine management experience, preferably in the luxury setting, lifestyle resort.
- A strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, sales, and marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Computer literate in the Windows environment
- Languages: fluent in English, knowledge of Thai language is beneficial2. Sous Chef
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience as Junior Sous Chef or current role as Sous Chef in a Standalone Restaurant or within a luxury hotel environment
- Postgraduate and/or Hotel Management School / Apprenticeship
- Must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements in food handling
- A high level of creativity and quality standards
- Strong leadership qualities, training techniques, proper communication, and organizational skills
