Track and evaluate business unit performance regularly to pinpoint discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
Provide key financial insights to leadership, focusing on variances in costs, spending, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate comprehensive financial planning, including monthly P&L forecasts, quarterly reports, and annual budgeting.
Oversee the management of inventory, receivables, and payables to align with company goals.
Analyze excess and obsolete inventory, ensuring timely customer purchase orders to mitigate financial risks.
Conduct annual inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies with the warehouse and inventory management teams.
Collaborate with engineering and fixed asset teams on quarterly CAPEX budgets and asset management.
Ensure financial reporting adheres to US GAAP and SOX compliance, maintaining the integrity of all operational financial documents.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders, including corporate finance and audit teams.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
6-10 years of diverse financial experience, preferably in a manufacturing or audit environment.
Proficiency in financial and accounting principles, with advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, and a solid understanding of the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with a results-driven approach.
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
