หัวหน้าฝ่ายกฎหมาย (ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์)Job responsibilities- Draft and Review the contract including providing comments and preparing various formal letters as assigned.
- Renewal or register trademarks and patents.
- Renewal or obtain a license according to the Factory Act and Public Health Act or other related matters.
- Contact and Coordinate with government agencies.
- Have knowledge of labor relations.
- Check or update new laws.
- Compliance and PDPA.
- Other duties as assignedความรับผิดชอบในงาน- ร่างและทบทวนสัญญา รวมทั้งให้ความเห็นและจัดทำหนังสืออย่างเป็นทางการต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ต่ออายุหรือจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าและสิทธิบัตร
- ต่ออายุหรือได้รับใบอนุญาตตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยโรงงานและพระราชบัญญัติสาธารณสุขหรือเรื่องอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ
- มีความรู้ด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- ตรวจสอบหรือปรับปรุงกฎหมายใหม่
- การปฏิบัติตามและ PDPA
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายNecessary Skill / Experience- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Legal position
- Conversational high level of English (to communicate with Japanese management)
- Having knowledge of corporate law
- Has driver's licensePreferable Skill / Experience- Has a Lawyer license
- Working Experience At Thai Public company Limited
- Working Experience At a manufacturing company
- Working experience at a company with 1,000+ employeesLanguage Skill
