- Strategically ensure the country is equipped with the right mix of talent, both in capability and capacity to drive the execution of business strategies and deliver targeted results
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's vision and values
- Contribute to the achievement of budgetary and performance goals, aligning T&E delivery with top-tier business outcomes while upholding service excellence
- Anticipate and scale T&E support in alignment with evolving business priorities and long-term strategic needs at the country level
- Drive the successful localization and implementation of global T&E programs, processes, and strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with the Country Manager and local functional leaders to proactively assess talent gaps and build forward-looking workforce strategies that support business growth
- Collaborate with Regional Centres of Excellence in areas such as talent development, learning, total rewards, T&E systems, and analytics to ensure seamless integration of initiatives
- Deploy robust performance management and reward practices to drive high-impact results, nurture top performers, and accelerate high-potential talent
- Serve as a coach and advisor to local T&E teams and business leaders, fostering a values-led and performance-driven work environment
- Lead the identification and prioritization of talent strategies and development plans for the current and upcoming fiscal years, aligned with long-term business ambitions
- Deliver relevant talent insights through dashboards, data analysis, and strategic reporting to guide decision-making and shape talent agendas
- Define and enforce locally adapted T&E policies and practices in full alignment with corporate guidelines, providing clear direction to the T&E team
- Ensure operational T&E processes are efficient, compliant, and continuously improved to support evolving business needs
- Coach and empower the local T&E team in delivering exceptional support and partnership to the business
- Oversee country-level office administration, ensuring professional standards, cost-efficiency, and business continuity are consistently upheld
- Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Have at least at least eight (8) years of working experience in the retail industry a senior managerial position within the Human Resources department
- Have demonstrated an experience and knowledge of HR administrative best practices, Human Resources technology, and general practices
- Have had experience in business process optimization with significant exposure in review processes that lead to the identification of redundancies or inefficiencies
- Are highly organized, have an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have excellent negotiation skills, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision, and be service-oriented
- Have a high degree of honesty and integrity, be proactive, have a high level of accuracy, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate calmness and composure under pressure and in times of uncertainty
- Have demonstrated strong leadership skills, being able to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team leading it in a unified direction and with a unified vision
- Have an excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Labour Law and Industrial Relations
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
- Have a positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
- Having experience with MS Excel required familiarity with CSV files
- Have hands-on experience with SAP ERP or similar software
- Demonstrated strong command of English and Thai languages.
