- Operational Management: Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service standards
- Financial Management and Cost Control: Manage P&L, budgets, and costs to achieve financial target
- Beverage Management: Oversee beverage operations, quality, inventory, and compliance
- Team Leadership and Human Resources: Lead, develop, and manage F&B team performance and staffing
- Guest Experience and Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality guest experience and handle feedback effectively
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development: Drive revenue through promotions, market insights, and collaboration
- Administration and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports
- Compliance, Safety, and Asset Management: Ensure compliance, safety standards, and proper asset management
- Additional Duties: Perform additional assigned duties as needed
