The role combines student counselling, academic advisory, and customer support with a strong focus on personalized guidance, empathy, and clarity in communication.This position plays a critical role in helping students navigate university choices, entrance exams, scholarships, and future career pathways — while also engaging in outreach activities that build trust and long-term relationships with students, parents, and schools.What You'll Drive:
Provide one-on-one counselling to students via chat, video calls, and in-person sessions.
Facilitate group workshops, live Q&A sessions, and events to support student career readiness and admission planning.
Conduct student profiling and assessments to identify goals, strengths, and gaps, and offer tailored guidance.
Maintain accurate student journey records in systems for progress tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to improve student experience, learning materials, and FAQs.
Deliver presentations and act as a speaker/mentor in school visits, education fairs, and partner events.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior counsellors or academic experts.
Stay up-to-date with education policies, admission changes, and career trends in Thailand and abroad.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or related field.
Experience in student counselling, education guidance, or customer success.
Confident public speaker with ability to engage groups of students in workshops or live sessions.
Knowledge of Thai university admission systems (TCAS, A-Level, O-NET, IELTS/TOEFL, etc.) is highly desirable.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, chat platforms, and online learning tools.
Empathetic, patient, and student-centered, with a track record of building trust.
