- Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for recruitment, employer branding, and campus hiring campaigns
- Support filming and producing videos for social media, internal activities, interviews, employee stories, and event highlights
- Edit video footage by adding captions, music, transitions, graphics, and branding elements
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to turn ideas into engaging visual content
- Assist in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and content plans for recruitment marketing
- Adapt video content into different formats suitable for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
- Help maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across all video materials
- Support photo and video coverage during recruitment events, university activities, and employer branding initiatives
- Stay updated on social media and content trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in video production, content creation, and storytelling
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Familiar with social media content formats and trends
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visuals, pacing, and detail
- Able to communicate and collaborate well with different stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Photography, motion graphics, or graphic design skills would be a plus
