- Drive strategic account planning to maximize revenue potential from existing airline and food service clients.
- Lead product presentations and solution-based selling to showcase value propositions tailored to customer needs.
- Partner with R&D and product teams to develop customized or co-created packaging solutions for strategic accounts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and service levels to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including onboarding new clients and coordinating trial orders, certifications, and technical validations.
- Develop annual business plans, including budget forecasts, sales targets, and market expansion strategies.
- Build deep understanding of customers' operational workflows to recommend relevant packaging formats and innovations.
- Analyze competitive pricing and positioning to support the creation of differentiated commercial offers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, food safety requirements, sustainability certifications, and airline specifications.
- Support tender submissions, RFP responses, and multi-country proposal coordination.
- Implement CRM best practices to maintain accurate, updated sales pipelines and customer interaction logs.
- Provide insights to leadership on market risks, new regulations, and emerging opportunities in the airline and food service sectors.
- Mentor junior sales team members or distributors to strengthen commercial capabilities across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, airline catering, or food service industries.
- Strong understanding of food packaging materials, sustainability trends, and supply chain considerations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and build cross-functional alignment.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working independently.
