เจ้าหน้าที่ฝึกหัดการจัดการแบบ Lean (สัญญา 1 ปี)Job responsibilities- Drive Improvement in OEE and utilize data analysis skills, including SQL code, DAX, MCODE, and Power Query, to identify areas for Improvement in OEE.
- Educate and train others on basic Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Work with tools like Macro and SQL to ensure alignment and synchronization between manual and automated systems.
- Boost the adoption of Lean culture throughout the organization.
- Oversee the Kaizen process, reviewing and approving proposed improvements.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and projects.
- Employ project management skills to guide teams through the Improvement process and achieve measurable results.ความรับผิดชอบในงาน- ขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงใน OEE และใช้ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รวมถึงโค้ด SQL, DAX, MCODE และ Power Query เพื่อระบุพื้นที่สำหรับการปรับปรุงใน OEE
- ให้ความรู้และฝึกอบรมผู้อื่นเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือพื้นฐานของลีนและวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา
- ทำงานร่วมกับเครื่องมือเช่น Macro และ SQL เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดตำแหน่งและการซิงโครไนซ์ระหว่างระบบแบบแมนนวลและระบบอัตโนมัติ
- ส่งเสริมการนำวัฒนธรรมลีนมาใช้ทั่วทั้งองค์กร
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Kaizen ทบทวนและอนุมัติการปรับปรุงที่เสนอ
- เป็นผู้นำและอำนวยความสะดวกกิจกรรมและโครงการ Kaizen
- ใช้ทักษะการจัดการโครงการเพื่อแนะนำทีมตลอดกระบวนการปรับปรุงและบรรลุผลลัพธ์ที่วัดได้Necessary Skill / Experience- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 25 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree of Science (computer Science) or information Technology, data analysis or related field.
- 1-3 experience in Lean projects
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed with computer Science Major
- Specialize in programming languages such as PHP, Java , C#
- Data Analytic skills in Power BI or Power Query
- Good command of spoken and written English (to contact with branch Company eg. Hong Kong, Indonesia)Preferable Skill / Experience- Ability to prioritize tasks and Manage multiple responsibilities.Language Skill
