Support to implement EHS, RC requirements and relevant standard.
Collaborate with the employees and contractor to identify potential risk & hazard. Identify control measure or improvement actions to meet the EHS requirements and safe workplace standard.
Coordinate and prepare internal and external site safety and quality audits to ensure the effective realization of the audit activities.

Environmental Management:

Coordinate, arrange and deliver EMS related trainings to relevant persons, including contractors.
Continuously improve on EMS.

Compliance:

Maintain database on all applicable EHS laws and regulations, including regulation evaluation.
Organize and coordinate with suppliers for environmental and chemical monitoring in workplace e.g. air emission, noise, heat, lighting, chemicals, soil and groundwater.
Submit report to authority within time frame.
Develop and improve work instructions and procedures according to EHS requirements and standards.

Management plans and programs:

Support EHS audit preparation, pre-audits and any relevant audits.
Consolidate follow-up status of action defined items.
Support site for internal / external EHS reports, e.g. monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, etc.
Drive EHS programs such as annual health check-up, emergency response preparedness, roadshow and SHE committee.

Safety Leadership

Implement EHS activities to improve EHS culture, e.g. PSM committee.
Perform plant inspection regularly together with the area owner to maintain and improve workplace safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree of Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent subject.
3 - 10 years' direct experience related to safety, health and environmental areas in chemical industry. Certified Safety Officer as required by Thai regulations
