Ladlumkaew, Pathum Thani【Job Description】
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses, reporting findings to management.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory according to company standards.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure proper documentation and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and transport planning team to support accurate and complete order fulfillment for customers.
- Prepare inventory-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience in a logistics, freight, or warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with WMS, TMS, or inventory tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Excel; experience with inventory systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
