Responsible for supporting OEM customer quality requirements across ASEAN, ensuring compliance with CSR and industry standards. Acts as a key coordinator between customers and plants to manage audits, handle complaints, monitor customer satisfaction, and support OE activities including APQP, PPAP, and PSW to ensure successful product approvals and continuous quality improvement.1. Customer Requirements & Compliance (CSR / OEM)
- Ensure proper implementation of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Update, review, verify, and communicate CSR to ASEAN plants
- Conduct training related to CSR and OEM customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements
- Support and coordinate customer audits (QMS, process, product)
- Participate in OE customer activities (SSAS, G-MSA, shop-floor audits like Isuzu)
- Cooperate with ASEAN plants on audit preparation and execution
- Co-check parts and participate in APQP activities
- Handle customer complaints with structured problem-solving approach
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conformities
- Coordinate with regional/account/plant/central quality teams
- Implement and follow up corrective actions to ensure resolution
- Monitor customer satisfaction using released data
- Report quality status to Plant and YRC
- Support action plans to close performance gaps
- Evaluate risks and opportunities based on customer expectations
- Support PPAP, PSW, and technical documentation preparation and submission
- Assist plant in import tire PPAP processes
- Support new model approval and OE customer requirements
- Coordinate with ASEAN plants and Yokohama internal teams
- Support OE sales team in customer-related quality activities
- Ensure alignment across regional and global stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, in Chemical or Polymer or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Experience in;
o Working directly with OEM customers (automotive manufacturers or assemblers) is preferred.
o Knowledge of tire construction, materials, and performance characteristics is an advantage.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in OE engineering, automotive components, or tire development
- Good Command level of English Ability
- Basic skill of Excel / Word / Power Point
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Requirement, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC
- TOEIC score: 500 pt. or more
