Lead the design and creation of social media content, including static images, motion graphics, and video assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and content teams to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from conceptualization to final production, delivering high-quality, on-time designs that resonate with target audiences.
Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices and execution.
Stay up to date with social media trends, design tools, and emerging platforms to continuously improve and innovate social media content.
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns, promotions, and other social media activities.
What you'll Need:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content, including motion graphics, video, static design, and social content design to increase engagement.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and an understanding of their design requirements.
