Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials using software such as Rhino, 3DS Max, and Revit.Assist in the development of design concepts and translate them into detailed architectural drawings.Participate in design development, ensuring alignment with the project’s vision, budget, and timeline.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to ensure design integrity is maintained.Conduct research on materials, building systems, and technologies appropriate for hospitality projects.Prepare and participate in client presentations and meetings.Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Thailand.Required profileProfessional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s).4 to 8 years of post-graduate experience in architectural design.Previous experience working on hospitality projects (hotels, resorts) is highly desirable.Proficiency in architectural software: Revit is essential; strong skills in Rhino (Grasshopper is a plus), 3DS Max, and AutoCAD.Strong graphic skills with proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and Thai building codes.A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design ability and technical skills.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Thai is a strong advantage for local coordination.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.Additional Information:This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
