We're seeking a bilingual Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our property management team in Chiang Mai. You'll handle guest communications and support for our portfolio of condos, houses, and villas.Key Requirements:- Nearly Fluent in English and Chinese (Both written and spoken).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Available for flexible hours.
- Thai. Nationals ONLY.
- Must have a driving license for car.Responsibilities:Manage guest inquiries and bookings
Handle check-in/out processes
Co-ordinate maintenance and housekeeping
Resolve every guest concerns promptly
