- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Plant Manager and Regional President Sales for the Mobility Business ASEAN region.
- General secretarial support (travel, materials, on site support) for Head of Regional Business Units.
- Provide professional and confidential executive secretarial support, including correspondence, calls, visitors, and document management.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and schedules across plant operations and ASEAN sales activities.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense claims.
- Coordinate meetings, management reviews, customer visits, and regional sales events.
- Liaise with internal departments and ASEAN/corporate offices to ensure smooth communication and execution of priorities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience as an Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational manufacturing or mobility/automotive environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Good Organization skill, Flexible, Proactive
- Able to work under pressure with senior management.
