marketing initiatives and store and experiential events.
- Plan, implement and support public relations strategies including:
o Managing and nurturing press and influencer relations
o Measure and produce reports on PR campaigns and efforts
- Support brand and retail marketing strategies through development of marketing
programs and campaigns including:
o Partnerships
o Online and offline brand activations
o Post campaign reporting
- Support the Community Engagement team in customer relations with our multi-tiered
customers and brand fans, providing game-changing ideas and individual service
experience.
o To foster, build and sustain strong customer relationships across all digital
platforms.
o Ensure a positive customer experience by following up and resolving customer
service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner.
o Work with Digital Strategy and relevant teams to develop, strategise and
implement relevant CRM plans including but not limited to eDMs, loyalty
programming and community engagement.
o Generate CRM reports to track and analyse performance trends to draw
insights and drive initiatives
o Review customer touch points and processes regularly and recommend
continuous improvements to the overall customer experience
- Other administrative duties include:
o Facilitating and managing product seeding
o Monitoring media coverage and responding to press enquiries
o Managing marketing calendar and content libraryThe Successful ApplicantMinimally 3-4 years working experience in similar Marketing/PR roles, preferably in the
following fields: fashion, retail, lifestyle.
- Up to date with marketing tools, KOLs, social technology and trends to uncover
opportunities for growth and creative innovation.
- Proactive, creative and thinks differently in dealing with both opportunities and issues.
- Love building relationships, have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, meticulous, and efficient, with a strong focus on getting things done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
