- Develop end-to-end retail sales strategies and execution plan to win in-store in MT/GT customers.
- Engage BDF's operation team with in-store strategies and align team action plan.
- Work closely with MT/GT sales functions to deliver excellent in-store performances complying with SCM guidelines (display, new news, OOS, tester, POG, NPD).
- Develop BA team to persuade selling NIVEA products to shoppers.
- Support TRAX system in MT/GT customers.
- Monitor in-store performance and solve issues in all channels.
- Build strong in-store execution (MT/GT) by leading, coaching, developing in terms of knowledge & skills.
- Build good relationship with MT/GT customers' operation team to ensure that Beiersdorf is the most preferred suppliers.
- Analyze sales data and customer/competitor insights by channel as well as collaborate with cross functions to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Responsible in managing all sales force team to drive sell-out (Lotus, Big C) / sell-in for each channel and market share (156 BA. / 430 PC. / 34 BA. Supervisors).
- Accountable for creating and maintaining masstige brand positioning.
- Bachelor degree or studying bachelor degree in any field
- Work experience in operations field at least 5 years
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good computer (MS office, Pivot, V-Lookup) skills
- Fluent English and Thai.
