Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst

• Collaborate with application and system owners to implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Define and manage user roles and access permissions based on business and security requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve cybersecurity compliance issues.
• Follow established frameworks to ensure successful project delivery and support ISO 27001 compliance.
• Prepare clear, concise reports to support informed management decision-making.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, MIS, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or related areas, preferably within the insurance, banking, consulting, or service industries.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is preferred.
• Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training programs.
• Proven experience implementing ISO 27001 standards.
• Strong communication skills in English.
