Production Manager(Machinery manufacture)

- Plan and control production to meet the set goals in terms of time, quality, and cost.
- Oversee the Fabrication (part forming) and Assembly (machine assembly) processes to ensure compliance with standards.
*Control production and inspect quality during the Fabrication process, such as cutting, welding, and finishing parts.
*Manage the Assembly process from part preparation to complete machine assembly.
- Inspect and monitor the production process to ensure there are no errors or issues.
- Manage and develop the production team by providing training, motivation, and monitoring employee performance.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery.
- Analyze and report production results to management, including developing processes to improve production efficiency.
- Develop and propose new processes that can enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies in production.
- Create maintenance control plans for machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Salary: 60,000 – 100,000 THB (depends on experience)

- Bachelor’s degree in in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience at least 5 years in Production.( In managing a team at the manager level)
- Good command in Japanese or English Speaking.
- Possess knowledge of the Fabrication and Assembly processes in machine manufacturing.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Possess leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and have problem-solving skills.
