- Follow production plans and Group standard processes; assure feasibility of production plans.
- Prepare and present the budget; manage actual production costs based on "ideal" costs; monitor daily margins and serial productivity (labor level, material consumption, etc.).
- Supervise staffing; maintain a working environment according to Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards; establish and advise on training needs; share information transparently; participate in Group manager initiatives.
- Serve as the official plant representative to customers; meet customer suppliers concerning cycle time, delivery, quality, quantity, and costs; implement corrective measures to ensure customer standards are met; coordinate with the client's quality team to meet all customer demands.
- Implement action plans to improve functionality and productivity; make necessary corrective adjustments; participate in Production System Efficiency (PSE) projects.
- Coordinate resource planning with the cross-fucntional department concerning changes impact.
- Maintain dashboard indicators and stats reports to monitor lead time, supply-chain targets, HSE performance, etc.
- Manage tasks under company's Manufacturing Excellence Guideline Procedures and Targets.
- At least 5+ years of Manufacturing / Engineering Experience in electronics manufacturing services.
- 3-5 years team management experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of SMT Process and equipment.
- Good organization, rigorous and autonomous.
- International and open mindset.
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English Communication.
