Facilities Management Lead (Good English, Chonburi)

• Lead and optimize all facility operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Champion a "Zero-Downtime" mindset, ensuring all critical systems operate without interruption 24/7.
• Manage on-site engineering teams and subcontractors in executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Oversee complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and BMS (Building Management System) performance.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker during technical emergencies, implementing swift and effective crisis management protocols.

• Minimum of 7 years in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a critical environment (e.g., Data Centers, Healthcare, or critical infrastructure).
• Deep, hands-on understanding of MEP systems and BMS architecture.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to report to international stakeholders.
• Strong crisis management skills, decisive leadership, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
