- Coordinating with relevant parties for gathering and preparing business and system requirements that are related to the Claim system (CMiC and CMaC), Admin System and ODS data.
- Reviewing functional specification documents (FSD) to ensure that FSD is aligned with requirements.
- Preparing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, conducting UAT, check system functionality and UAT results evidence.
- Logging defects & clarification, working with both regional & local teams to check all defect statuses.
- Preparing supporting documents to help team and users such as UAT guidelines and user manuals. Providing training to users in case of commence to implement the new system module.
- Defining UX/UI and providing recommendations for continuing CX improvement and increasing customer satisfaction index.
- Tracking, monitoring and updating project progress regularly, including any critical issues to the related Claim Function and responsible regarding ad hoc/ new assignments.
- Supporting production in case the user finds an error, and needs help to fix it.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, UX/UI design, or Business Administration or related fields.
- Over 3 years' experience as Life-Insurance of claims.
- Experience in hands-on implementation of service improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills.
- Critical thinker, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Team player, attention to detail and proactive problem solver.
- Knowledge and experience of business improvement principles and methodologies.
- Technology savvy and possess a working understanding/experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Blackbelt, and Agile concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Goal and results-driven.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and reviews.
- Simplify complex issues and workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required including the ability to build relationships across functions and vertically.
- Good interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Technical expertise in UX/UI, data management, data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Able to work under pressure deadlines.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools.
- Familiar with Software such as Microsoft 360, SQL, Microsoft Office and other related claim functions.
