- Operational Excellence: Monitor and continuously enhance operational integrity and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to address operational challenges, driving operational development and improvement initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end operational process improvement projects, guiding teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to transition manual processes to automated solutions, driving efficiency gains and improving operational agility.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to enhance business monitoring and ensure consistent, high-quality operational performance.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the operations budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs to support business growth and profitability. Ensure alignment of budgetary decisions with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization's success.
- Education: Minimum degree holder in a relevant field.
- Experience: More than 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, demonstrating a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Experienced in effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment towards operational goals.
- Change Management: Experience in change management is an added advantage, with the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions and process changes.
- Analytical Skills: Organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of identifying root causes of operational issues and implementing effective solutions, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
